Volleyball Recap: Baldwyn Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Baldwyn challenged Walnut on Monday. The Bearcats came up short against the Wildcats, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Bearcats have suffered since October 5, 2024.

Baldwyn's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-5. As for Walnut, their win was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-2.

Coincidentally, Baldwyn and Walnut will both be playing Booneville the next time they take the court. The Bearcats will host the Blue Devils at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, while the Wildcats will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
