Volleyball Preview: Harper Creek Beavers vs. Plainwell Trojans        
        
		
             Harper Creek has been away from home for two games now, but  on Tuesday they'll finally make their return. They will host the Plainwell Trojans  at 5:00  p.m. Both come into the  game bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 Harper Creek is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another  one of Michigan's top teams: Lakeview, who was ranked 14th  in their home state at the time (Harper Creek was ranked 12th). Harper Creek came out on top in a nail-biter against Lakeview  on Saturday, sneaking past  2-1.
 Harper Creek had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 20-25, 25-23,  15-8.
 Harper Creek's success was spearheaded by the efforts of   Taegen Anderson, who  had three  digs and 33  assists, and   Ella Chantrenne, who  hit 80% for eight  kills15  digs. Anderson is  on a roll when it comes to  assists, as she's  now  posted nine or more in the last 47 games she's  played dating back to last season.
 Meanwhile, Plainwell entered their tilt with Sturgis on Thursday with three consecutive wins  but they'll enter their next game with four. Everything went their way against the Trojans as they made off with  a  3-0 win.
 The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-15,  25-21.
 Harper Creek's victory bumped their record up to 21-2. As for Plainwell, their win bumped their record up to 17-4-2.
