Volleyball Recap: Orange Lutheran Lancers vs. Thousand Oaks Lancers
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Orange Lutheran had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They blew past the Thousand Oaks Lancers 3-0. The victory was nothing new for Orange Lutheran as they're now sitting on four straight.
Orange Lutheran can attribute much of their success to Kenzie Houston, who had five digs and four aces. The dominant performance gave Houston a new career-high in aces.
Orange Lutheran's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 28-12. As for Thousand Oaks, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 28-6.
Orange Lutheran will challenge Murrieta Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Thousand Oaks does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
