Softball Recap: Brownfield Gets the Win

Brownfield saw some tournament action on Thursday. They came out on top against the McNeil Mavericks by a score of 5-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cubs.

Brownfield's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for McNeil, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Brownfield will challenge Anderson at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for McNeil, they will square off against Cedar Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
