Big game from Katechis as Silver Creek fell 73-60
Silver Creek came up short on Wednesday despite Wells Katechis delivering his best game to date. Katechis shot 4-for-7 from beyond the arc and dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds, making the game his highest-scoring to date. It was the first time this season that he pulled down eight or more rebounds.
Katechis and Silver Creek will head out on the road to face off against Greeley Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Sadly, Katechis' big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped Silver Creek's ten-game streak of wins at home.
