Softball Recap: Andover Comes Up Short

Andover came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 7-1 to the Blaine Bengals. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Huskies have suffered since April 15th.

Andover saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Avery Stock, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Andover's defeat dropped their record down to 14-5. As for Blaine, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-6.

Looking ahead, Andover will head out on the road to challenge Varsity Opponent at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Blaine does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
