Softball Recap: Memorial Comes Up Short

After soaring to 11 runs the game before, Memorial was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They lost 13-1 to the Plano Wildcats.

Memorial saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Megan Wilson, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Memorial's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Plano, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4.

Coincidentally, Memorial and Plano will both be playing Horn the next time they take the field. Memorial will head out to face Horn at 5:45 p.m. on Friday, while Plano will head out to face them at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
