Stanley waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They secured a 67-62 W over the Ebarb Rebels. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Rebels back in November, they had to take a 68-59 loss.

Stanley's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-6-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.4 points per game. As for Ebarb, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Stanley Panthers challenge the Logansport Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Ebarb, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Simsboro at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Simsboro knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 14 contests -- so hopefully Ebarb likes a good challenge.
