Cross extended their postseason success on Saturday against Thomas Heyward Academy. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Rebels. The Stingrays haven't had any issues with the Rebels recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Sydney Hollings paced Cross' offense, picking up 13 kills. Hollings got some help from Savannah Hollings and her 28 assists. Leah Nadolski controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Cross' win bumped their record up to 19-6. As for Thomas Heyward Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-11.

Cross didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against King's Academy on the 25th. Thomas Heyward Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
