Carrboro had to skate by with only a two-point margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the 33-point drubbing they dealt J.F. Webb on Tuesday. The Carrboro Jaguars claimed a resounding 62-29 win over the J.F. Webb Warriors. The Jaguars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 25 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Summer Lee, who dropped a double-double with 21 points and 20 rebounds. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last seven games she's played. Another player making a difference was Yazmin Paisant, who went 5-for-11 en route to 10 points along with six boards and four steals.

Carrboro smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive boards in five consecutive matches.

Despite the defeat, J.F. Webb saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Jasey Lee posted 14 points.

Carrboro's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-5. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.0 points over those games. As for J.F. Webb, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-8-1 record this season.
