Volleyball Recap: Brecksville-Broadview Heights Takes a Loss

After flying high against Garfield Heights on Monday, Brecksville-Broadview Heights came back down to earth. The Bees lost 3-0 to the Hudson Explorers on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Explorers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on April 4th.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-21, 25-15.

Hudson can attribute much of their success to Sam Disney, who had nine digs and one assist.

Brecksville-Broadview Heights' defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Hudson, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Brecksville-Broadview Heights has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against St. Vincent-St. Mary on the 29th. As for Hudson, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Olentangy on the 26th.
