Chesterton came tearing into Tuesday's match with 12 straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Crown Point Bulldogs. This was a revenge game for the Trojans: when they faced off against the Bulldogs on September 4th, they had to take a 3-1 defeat.

Chesterton was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 23-25, 14-25, 25-17, 15-10.

Despite the loss, Crown Point still got an impressive performance from Bella Del Real, who had 27 digs and two aces. Del Real has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last 11 times she's played. Hayden Klimowicz was another key player, getting ten digs and two aces.

Chesterton's win bumped their record up to 25-3. As for Crown Point, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 10-1 and their overall record down to 23-3.

Chesterton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Portage on the 2nd. As for Crown Point, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Valparaiso on the 2nd.
