Basketball Recap: Three Straight Home Victories for Milan

Milan extended their home winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Marian Dabney. The Milan Wildcats strolled past the Gallatin Bulldogs with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 53-35 thanks in part to Dabney, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 11 boards. She has been hot, having also posted three or more blocks the last seven times she's played.

Another player making a difference was Mya Pauley, who went 5 of 9 on her way to 12 points and six rebounds. What's more, she also racked up three assists, the most she's had since back in February of 2024.

Milan has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.8 points per game. As for Gallatin, they now have a losing record at 9-10.

Milan has already played their next match (against Montgomery County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Gallatin has also has no score uploaded for their next contest, this one against Savannah.
