Baseball Game Preview: Hollywood Hills Spartans vs. Northeast Hurricanes

The Hollywood Hills Spartans will head out to challenge the Northeast Hurricanes at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hollywood Hills has given up an average of 17 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Hollywood Hills came up short against McArthur on Monday, falling 24-13. The Spartans haven't had much luck with the Mustangs recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 18 runs the game before, Northeast was a bit more limited in their game on Thursday. They lost 17-1 to Monarch.

Northeast has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season. As for Hollywood Hills, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Hollywood Hills couldn't quite finish off Northeast when the teams last played back in February of 2023 and fell 13-11. Can the Spartans avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
