Valley won the last time they faced Iroquois and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Valley Vikings' defense stepped up to hand the Iroquois Raiders a 2-0 shutout. The two-point effort marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Valley has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 21-4 record this season. As for Iroquois, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-13.

Coming up, Valley will be playing at home against Christian Educational Consortium at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Iroquois, they will head out on the road to face off against Francis Parker at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
