Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Deer Park). They breezed past the Clear Brook Wolverines to the tune of 70-14 on Friday. The Deer haven't had any issues with the Wolverines recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Deer Park's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Clear Brook, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Deer Park and Clear Brook will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Deer see the field they'll take on Clear Lake at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th. As for Clear Brook, their break will end when they face Clear Creek at 7:00 p.m. on the 16th.
