Recap: Dreher Blue Devils vs. A.C. Flora Falcons
This season hasn't been kind to the Dreher Blue Devils, who are still winless after their fifth game. They were dealt a 52-14 defeat at the hands of A.C. Flora on Friday. Dreher has struggled against A.C. Flora recently, as their matchup on Friday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
A.C. Flora got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Terriana Gray out in front who scored 14 points along with five assists and five rebounds. The contest was Gray's seventh in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Madison Mickens, who scored ten points along with six steals.
Dreher bumped their record down to 0-5 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for A.C. Flora, their win bumped their record up to 8-3.
Dreher will be home for the holidays to greet Eau Claire at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Eau Claire focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Tuesday. A.C. Flora will take on Varsity Opponent in a holiday battle at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at.
