Mammoth has gone a perfect 3-0 against Lee Vining recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Huskies will head out to challenge the Tigers at 3:15 p.m. Mammoth has given up an average of 12.4 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Mammoth fell victim to Desert and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 11-0 to the Scorpions. The Huskies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mammoth saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Santiago Osnaya, who went 1-for-3 with one double.

Meanwhile, Lee Vining entered their tilt with Mojave on Saturday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Mustangs. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by ten runs or more this season.

Lee Vining pushed their record up to 6-7 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.4 runs over those games. As for Mammoth, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-13.

Everything went Mammoth's way against Lee Vining in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, as Mammoth made off with a 20-10 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Huskies since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
