Volleyball Recap: St. Ursula Academy Takes a Loss

St. Ursula Academy lost against Mount Notre Dame back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Arrows came up short against Mount Notre Dame, falling 3-0. The Arrows have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Kayden Campbell paced St. Ursula Academy's offense, picking up eight kills. Campbell got some help from Ellie Panczyszyn and her 19 assists. Panczyszyn was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Among those leading the charge was Camden Reisert, who had 14 digs. Those 14 digs gave her a new career-high.

St. Ursula Academy now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Mount Notre Dame, they moved to 9-7 with that victory, which also ended their four-match losing streak.

St. Ursula Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Ursuline Academy on the 27th. As for Mount Notre Dame, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Roger Bacon on the 27th.
