Basketball Recap: East Grand Takes a Loss

East Grand lost against Wisdom last Friday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The East Grand Vikings had to suffer through a 67-31 loss at the hands of the Wisdom Pioneers. The Vikings just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row.

East Grand's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Wisdom, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Grand won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Van Buren at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. East Grand is facing Van Buren at the right time seeing as Van Buren is stuck on a 12-game losing streak. As for Wisdom, they will face off against Washburn at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
