Andrew Jackson entered their tilt with Trinity Collegiate on Monday with seven consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with eight. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Trinity Collegiate Titans, sneaking past 62-59. The score was all tied up 29-29 at the break, but the Volunteers were the better team in the second half.

Andrew Jackson's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Bryce Peterson, who posted 18 points and four steals. What's more, Peterson also racked up four boards, the most he's had since back in January of 2024. Damias Seegars was another key player, putting up 15 points.

Trinity Collegiate lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Evan Williams, who went 6 of 12 on his way to 16 points. Another player making a difference was Landon Wilson, who had 14 points.

Andrew Jackson pushed their record up to 10-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.8 points per game. As for Trinity Collegiate, their loss dropped their record down to 9-9.
