Black River entered their tilt with First Baptist Christian on Thursday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Sabres.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-13, 25-20.

Sydney Czarny paced Black River's offense, picking up nine kills. Czarny got some help from Morgan Kubitz and her 27 assists. Kubitz also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Jenevieve Dieter, racking up five apiece.
