Volleyball Recap: Grosse Pointe North Takes a Loss

Grosse Pointe North was the 3-1 winner over Fraser when they last played one another on October 8th, but their luck changed this time around. The Norsemen fell 2-0 to the Ramblers on Saturday.

Leah Burney paced Grosse Pointe North's offense, picking up five kills. Burney got some help from Madison Jewel and her 13 assists. Phoebe Julien controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Grosse Pointe North's loss dropped their record down to 19-14-2. As for Fraser, their victory bumped their record up to 12-13-2.

Grosse Pointe North has already played their next matchup (against Cousino), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Fraser, they are taking a road trip to face off against Warren Woods-Tower at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
