Shorecrest Prep is a perfect 3-0 against Sports Leadership & Management since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Shorecrest Prep Chargers will look to defend their home field against the Sports Leadership & Management Spartans at 4:30 p.m. Shorecrest Prep will be strutting in after a victory while Sports Leadership & Management will be coming in after a defeat.

On Friday, Shorecrest Prep needed a bit of extra time to put away Bell Creek Academy. They skirted past the Panthers 4-3.

Shorecrest Prep's win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Christopher Booth, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Meanwhile, Sports Leadership & Management was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of Tampa Catholic.

Andrew Bunner was cooking despite his team's loss, going 3-for-4 with two doubles and one RBI. Those two doubles gave him a new career-high.

Shorecrest Prep's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-3. As for Sports Leadership & Management, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-8.

Shorecrest Prep took their win against Sports Leadership & Management in their previous matchup back in April of 2021 by a conclusive 14-3. Will Shorecrest Prep repeat their success, or does Sports Leadership & Management have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
