John Walker posted a new career-high in hits on Thursday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI. Those hits marked the first that he has got this season.

Looking ahead, Walker and Whitman-Hanson Regional will take on Weymouth at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Wildcats will enter the matchup having just beaten Walpole, so the Panthers will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
