Volleyball Recap: Ripon Triumphs

Ripon won the last time they faced Merced and things went their way on Saturday too. The Indians came out on top against the Bears by a score of 2-0.

Ripon easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-11.

Adriana Dorn paced Ripon's offense, picking up seven kills. Dorn got some help from Alayna Sprinkle and her 19 assists.

Ripon's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Merced, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Ripon has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Oakdale on the 30th. As for Merced, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against University Prep on the 30th.
