Baseball Recap: Central Academy Comes Up Short

Central Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Parkwood Wolf Pack, falling 13-5. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolf Pack this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-4 on Monday.

Central Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Parkwood, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-12 record this season.

Central Academy wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, an 11-8 win against Lee Park Prep on the 17th. As for Parkwood, they have also already played their next game, an 8-0 loss against Cuthbertson on the 17th.
