Soccer Recap: Caldwell Comes Up Short

Caldwell and Morgan combined for 27 shots on goal on Wednesday, which explains the impressive 17 total goals scored. The Redskins came up short against the Raiders, falling 17-0. While losing is never fun, Caldwell can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 601st, while Morgan are ranked 250th).

Caldwell's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Morgan, they pushed their record up to 11-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Caldwell is taking a road trip to take on Belpre at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Morgan, they will host Maysville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
