Bennett never let their opponents score on Friday. They blew past the Chincoteague Ponies 15-0. That 15 run margin sets a new team best for the Clippers this season.

The win made it two in a row for Bennett and bumps their season record up to 4-2. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.5 runs over those games. As for Chincoteague, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bennett will welcome Kent Island at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Chincoteague, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Salisbury Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
