Millry has gone 8-2 against Washington County recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Washington County, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They came out on top against Fruitdale by a score of 6-3 on Thursday. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Pirates recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

The team relied heavily on Rylee Snow, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2. Tippy Ridge was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.

The victory got Washington County back to even at 8-8. As for Millry, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-4-1.

Everything went Millry's way against Washington County when the teams last played back in February, as Millry made off with a 12-5 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Millry since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
