Softball Recap: Northland Prep Academy Spartans vs. Ash Fork/Seligman Spartans
Northland Prep Academy gave up the first runs on Wednesday, but they didn't let that get them down. They blew past Ash Fork/Seligman 18-7. The win made it back-to-back victories for Northland Prep Academy.
Ryliegh LaFave made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over six innings while giving up six earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits. LaFave was also solid in the batter's box, scoring three runs while going 2-for-5.
