Softball Recap: Northview Vikings vs. Riverside Prep Silver Knights

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Los Osos, Northview was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 15-5 margin over the Riverside Prep Silver Knights. With that win, the Vikings brought their scoring average up to 7.6 runs per game.

Northview got a massive performance out of Marilyn Sandoval, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in all five of her plate appearances. Sandoval also put up a double, which washer first of the season. Another player making a difference was Sophia Luna, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and two RBI.
