Soccer Game Preview: Braswell vs. Coppell

The Braswell Bengals will square off against the Coppell Cowboys at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing isn't great for Braswell: they have been struggling with four straight losses at home, while Coppell has snatched up six consecutive wins on the road.

Braswell took a three-goal loss the last time they faced off against Flower Mound, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. Braswell beat Flower Mound by a goal, winning 3-2. That's two games straight that the Bengals have won by just one goal.

Jean Izquiel and Eduardo Lopez scored all three of Braswell's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Meanwhile, Coppell won against Little Elm on Tuesday with three goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Friday. Coppell came out on top against Lewisville by a score of 3-1. The victory continues a trend for the Cowboys in their matchups with the Farmers: they've now won four in a row.

Braswell's win bumped their record up to 5-10. As for Coppell, their victory bumped their record up to 14-1.
