Stevenson won the last time they faced Wheeling and things went their way on Friday too. The Patriots won by a set and slipped past the Wildcats 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Patriots have posted since October 19, 2024.

Stevenson was actually outscored in aggregate across those three sets (60-58), but they still managed to win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 18-25, 15-12.

Their offense was headlined by Abigail Inman and Nomin Baterdene, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Ryler Bondad and her 15 assists. Jane Tan controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

The victory made it two in a row for Stevenson and bumps their season record up to 3-1. As for Wheeling, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.
