Softball Recap: Southeast Raleigh Comes Up Short

Southeast Raleigh lost against Clayton back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Southeast Raleigh came up short against Clayton, falling 18-2. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Southeast Raleigh saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Seanna Alebiosu, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-1.

Southeast Raleigh's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Clayton, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Southeast Raleigh will face off against rival Garner at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Clayton is set to square off against their familiar foe Corinth Holders at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
