It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Niceville had no problem doing just that on Friday. In a tight game that could have gone either way, they made off with a 21-20 victory over the Ponte Vedra Sharks. The 21-point effort marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Robert Stith had a dynamite game for Niceville, picking up 184 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

When it comes to explaining why Ponte Vedra lost, don't look at Drew Price. Despite the final result, he threw for 192 yards and two touchdowns. A healthy portion of that aerial production (99 yards to be exact) went to Jack Berquist.

Niceville's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-1. As for Ponte Vedra, with the loss, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-3.

Niceville wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 31-10 victory against Lincoln on the 29th. Ponte Vedra does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
