Baseball Recap: Hilbert Comes Up Short

Hilbert lost to Mishicot back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wolves fell just short of the Indians by a score of 6-5. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Max Schneider made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI. He has become a key player for Hilbert: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 1-5 otherwise. Maverick Breckheimer was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two RBI.

Hilbert's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Mishicot, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

While Hilbert had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
