Soccer Game Preview: Boonville vs. St. Paul Lutheran

The Boonville Pirates will head out on the road to face off against the St. Paul Lutheran Saints at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Boonville will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each contest than the last.

Boonville is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They put the hurt on Fatima with a sharp 7-0 win on Thursday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, St. Paul Lutheran's good fortune finally ran out last Friday. They came up short against Clinton, falling 8-0.

St. Paul Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Boonville, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-6-1.
