Basketball Recap: Knightstown Panthers vs. Eastern Hancock Royals
After flying high against Liberty Christian last Wednesday, Knightstown came back down to earth. The Knightstown Panthers were dealt a 67-25 loss at the hands of the Eastern Hancock Royals on Friday. The Panthers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-10.
McKenzie Koch continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Eastern Hancock, dropping a double-double on 27 points and ten steals. That makes it eight consecutive games in which Koch has scored at least a third of Eastern Hancock's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Bella Sotelo, who went 6 of 15 on her way to 13 points and seven steals.
