Basketball Game Preview: Harrison Panthers vs. The Classical Academy Titans

The Harrison Panthers will venture away from home to square off against The Classical Academy Titans at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. Harrison is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

Harrison is likely headed into the match with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Palmer on Thursday. The game between Harrison and Palmer didn't end well, with Harrison falling 59-45. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked 206th, while the Terrors are ranked 83rd).

Meanwhile, The Classical Academy came up short against Sand Creek on Thursday and fell 62-55.

The Classical Academy's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-2. As for Harrison, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8.

Harrison skirted past The Classical Academy 60-58 when the teams last played back in November of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Harrison since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
