Basketball Game Preview: Clark Chargers vs. Green Valley Gators

The Clark Chargers will face off against the Green Valley Gators at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Clark knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully Green Valley likes a good challenge.

Clark is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They blew past Shadow Ridge 74-50. The Chargers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 23 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Green Valley beat Valley 51-40 on Wednesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Gators.

Green Valley's win came from a few key players Clark will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Lamarcus Carter, who posted 15 points. Da'Quan Brown was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Clark has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a massive bump to their 17-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.2 points over those games. As for Green Valley, their record is now 17-9.
