Basketball Recap: Field Kindley Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Field Kindley and Baldwin squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Field Kindley had to settle for second. They took a 50-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Baldwin Bulldogs. If the Golden Tornado were looking for revenge after losing 41-25 to the Bulldogs when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Field Kindley's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.7 points over those games. As for Baldwin, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Field Kindley nor Baldwin have any future games scheduled.
