Carroll County won against Walton-Verona on Wednesday with 15 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Saturday. The Panthers' pitchers stepped up to hand the Eminence Warriors a 15-0 shutout. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matches by eight runs or more this season.

Carroll County is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.3 runs over those games. As for Eminence, they are on a 46-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-23.

As of now, neither Carroll County nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
