Volleyball Recap: Fletcher Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Fletcher entered their tilt with St. Augustine on Wednesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Yellow Jackets. The Senators have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Yellow Jackets, too.

Fletcher walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-17, 25-10, 25-21.

Their offense was headlined by Bella Shaffer and Riley Bridda, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Keely Pou and her 24 assists.

Fletcher's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for St. Augustine, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, Fletcher will welcome Fernandina Beach at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Augustine, they will head out on the road to take on Palatka at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
