Soccer Game Preview: St. Joseph Regional vs. Paramus Catholic

The St. Joseph Regional Green Knights will venture away from home to face off against the Paramus Catholic Paladins at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Joseph Regional's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

St. Joseph Regional fell victim to New Milford and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Knights by a score of 1-0.

Meanwhile, Paramus Catholic also failed to score in their most recent game. They lost 10-0 to Hackensack on Saturday.

St. Joseph Regional's loss dropped their record down to 5-7-1. As for Paramus Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-9.

St. Joseph Regional took their victory against Paramus Catholic in their previous matchup back in September by a conclusive 5-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Green Knights since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
