Softball Recap: Copley Takes a Loss

After flying high against Cuyahoga Falls on Wednesday, Copley came back down to earth. The Indians came up short against the Aurora Greenmen on Thursday, falling 13-1. The Indians haven't had much luck with the Greenmen recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Copley's loss dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Aurora, the win (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 14-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Copley is set to face off against their familiar foe Barberton at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Aurora will challenge rival Roosevelt at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
