Recap: Ridge Christian Academy Paladins vs. Faith Christian Knights
The Ridge Christian Academy Paladins lost against the Faith Christian Knights last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Ridge Christian Academy was beaten by Faith Christian 78-38. Ridge Christian Academy has struggled against Faith Christian recently, as their matchup on Thursday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
Faith Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Bryce Coleman led the charge by dropping a double-double on 20 points and 14 rebounds. Coleman continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaiah Freberg, who scored 20 points along with five rebounds and three blocks.
Ridge Christian Academy has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season. As for Faith Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season.
Ridge Christian Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Crown Leadership Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Faith Christian, they will head out on the road to take on Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
