Basketball Recap: Colo-NESCO Comes Up Short

After flying high against Colfax-Mingo last Monday, Colo-NESCO came back down to earth. The Colo-NESCO Royals fell 64-52 to Baxter on Friday. The defeat continues a trend for the Royals in their matchups with Baxter: they've now lost eight in a row.

Colo-NESCO's loss dropped their record down to 14-6. As for Baxter, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-7.

Colo-NESCO wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 58-54 defeat against Waterloo Christian on the 8th. As for Baxter, they have also already played their next game, a 76-73 loss against Dunkerton on the 8th.
