 Spanish Fork has been on the road for seven straight, but  on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Timpview Thunderbirds at 3:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Spanish Fork is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 9.4  runs per game  this season.
 Spanish Fork is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another  one of Utah's top teams: Ridgeline, who was ranked fifth in their home state at the time (Spanish Fork was ranked third). Spanish Fork came out on top in a nail-biter against Ridgeline  on Monday and snuck past  5-3.
  Lucy Evans spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned runs on four hits and racked up nine Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in three consecutive pitching appearances.
 On the hitting side,  Jade Romero was  incredible,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
 Meanwhile, Timpview was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight  defeat. They suffered a  tough 16-1 loss at the hands of Cedar Valley.
 Spanish Fork's win was  their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 18-2. As for Timpview, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-10.
 Spanish Fork took their  victory against Timpview  in their previous matchup  on Wednesday by a conclusive  18-0. Does  Spanish Fork have another victory up their sleeve, or will Timpview turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
