Basketball Recap: Prairie Ridge Extends Road Winning Streak to Four

Prairie Ridge hadn't done well against Huntley recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Prairie Ridge Wolves walked away with a 57-44 win over the Huntley Red Raiders. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 43-42 back in January.

Prairie Ridge's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-19. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.5 points over those games. As for Huntley, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 12-17 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Prairie Ridge will square off against Dundee-Crown at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Huntley, they will challenge McHenry at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
